EPA Proposes Administrative Cost Recovery Settlement for McAdoo Associates Site in Pennsylvania

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement to recover costs for cleaning up the McAdoo Associates Site in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). The proposed settlement requires four companies to pay $220,833 to the Hazardous Substance Superfund.
