Information Security Program

NASA is amending 14 CFR Part 1203 by revising subpart H, ``Delegation of Authority to Make Determinations in Original Classification Matters.'' This amendment changes the designated officials for Secret and Confidential authority, deletes old NASA position titles, replaces them with current NASA organization position titles, and adds original declassification authorities in compliance with Executive Order 12958.
