U.S. Government Agencies Seek Public Input on SECURE 2.0 Act Reporting Requirements

The Treasury Department, Labor Department, and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation are requesting public input to review and improve reporting and disclosure requirements for certain retirement plans under the SECURE 2.0 Act of 2022, with a deadline for reporting to Congress by December 29, 2025.
