U.S., European Union, and Canadian Governments Propose Subsequent Arrangement for Nuclear Cooperation

The U.S. Office of Arms Control and Nonproliferation Policy has announced a proposed subsequent arrangement for cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear energy with the European Atomic Energy Community and the Government of Canada, involving the transfer of enriched uranium fuel fabrication scrap from Canada to the United Kingdom.
