Rate Adjustment for the Satellite Carrier Compulsory License
The Librarian of Congress, upon recommendation of the Register of Copyrights, is announcing the adjustment of the royalty rates for superstation and network signals under the satellite carrier compulsory license, 17 U.S.C. 119.
