Environmental Impact Statement for Antelope Valley Improvements in Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska

The FHWA; COE; the City of Lincoln, Nebraska; the Lower Platte South Natural Resources District (LPSNRD); and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) are issuing this notice to advise the public and all other interested parties that are in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for proposed stormwater management, transportation, and community revitalization improvements in the Antelope Valley study area of Lincoln, Nebraska.
