East Bay Municipal Utility District Supplemental Water Supply Project, California

The East Bay Municipal Utility District and the Bureau of Reclamation have prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Supplemental Water Supply Project in Sacramento and the Bay Area service areas, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 and the California Environmental Policy Act (CEQA). Public hearings will be held to receive comments on the DEIS.
