EPA Approves Michigan State Implementation Plan Revisions to Transfer Authority

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Michigan's State Implementation Plan (SIP), transferring authority from the Michigan Air Pollution Control Commission to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and then to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, in line with the state's plan to reallocate authority.
