California Department of Agriculture Adopts Final Rule for Kiwifruit Marketing Order

The California Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule increasing the assessment rate for kiwifruit grown in California, effective for the 1997-98 fiscal period and beyond, to support the local administration of the marketing order regulating kiwifruit handling.
