Acid Rain Program: Notice of Direct Final Phase II Acid Rain Permits

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is issuing, as a direct final action, Phase II acid rain permits to 3 affected sources in accordance with the Acid Rain Program regulations (40 CFR part 72). Because the Agency does not anticipate receiving adverse comments, the permits are being issued as a direct final action.
