Edmund S. Muskie and Freedom Support Act Graduate Fellowship Programs Host Institution Competition

The Office of Academic Programs, European Branch, of the United States Information Agency's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is hosting a competition for regionally and professionally accredited U.S. institutions to host graduate students from 18 countries in one- to two-year master's degree programs under the Edmund S. Muskie and Freedom Support Act Graduate Fellowship Programs.
