SBA Temporarily Modifies Paycheck Protection Program Loan Forgiveness and Review Procedures
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has issued interim final rules revising previous guidance on the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan forgiveness and review processes, effective immediately, in response to recent changes to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) and the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act of 2020.
