Fenvalerate Pesticide Tolerance Regulation Established

The U.S. government has set a tolerance for residues of fenvalerate, including esfenvalerate, on cottonseed, and removed time limits for other commodities, effective November 15, 1997, following a request from DuPont Agricultural Products under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
