OPM Proposes Regulations for Federal Employees Health Benefits Program Disenrollment

The Office of Personnel Management is proposing new rules to help carriers reconcile enrollment records with employing offices, making it easier to disenroll individuals from the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program when their records are not up-to-date.
