City of Porterville, CA to Prepare Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Public Infrastructure Project

The Department of Housing and Urban Development is requiring the City of Porterville, California to prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for a public infrastructure project within the Urban Development Boundary of Porterville, in accordance with regulations of the Council on Environmental Quality.
