EPA Releases Revised Guidance Documents for EPCRA Section 313 Compliance

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available revised guidance documents to help industries comply with the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 (EPCRA) section 313, particularly for recently added industry groups, with reporting requirements starting January 1, 1998.
