Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Amends Crop Insurance Regulations for 1998 Crop Year

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) is extending the contract change date for counties and states with a November 30 contract change date to December 17, 1997, to provide sufficient time for publishing a final rule amending crop insurance policies for the 1998 crop year.
