EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement to Address Clean Air Act Lawsuit

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a proposed partial consent decree with the US District Court for the District of Columbia to settle a lawsuit filed by the Sierra Club, alleging EPA's failure to meet a deadline under the Clean Air Act.
