US Department of Transportation Adopts Rules to Promote Fair Airline Service Displays in CRSs

The US Department of Transportation is adopting two rules to ensure fair and complete airline service displays in computer reservations systems (CRSs), following complaints from Frontier Airlines, Alaska Airlines, and Midwest Express Airlines. The rules will prevent CRSs from favoring online connections over interline connections and single-plane flights over connecting services.
