US Agency Announces Open Competition for Scholar Exchange Program with New Independent States

The US Information Agency's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is seeking public and private non-profit organizations with experience in international exchange programs to develop and administer a Regional Scholar Exchange Program with the New Independent States, offering research fellowships to advanced graduate students and university faculty from eligible countries.
