EPA Authorizes Access to Confidential Business Information by Geologics Inc.

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted permission to Geologics Inc., a contractor, and its subcontractor Eastern Research Group (ERG), to access confidential business information related to toxic substances under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
