EPA Approves California Air District's Perchloroethylene Emission Standards for Dry Cleaning Facilities

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted approval to the San Luis Obispo County Air Pollution Control District (SLOCAPCD) to implement and enforce stricter emission standards for perchloroethylene at dry cleaning facilities in its jurisdiction, replacing the existing national standards.
