EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement for Norwood PCB Disposal Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a settlement to address claims under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) for the Norwood PCB Disposal Superfund Site in Massachusetts, which could resolve liability for Joseph Laham and 921 Inc. for response actions at the site.
