U.S. Bureau of Reclamation to Grant Exclusive Patent License for Selenium Removal Process

The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation is considering granting an exclusive patent license to Rust Environmental & Infrastructure Inc. for the use of a patented process to remove selenium from water, with the license to be royalty-bearing and subject to specific terms and conditions.
