Department of the Army Amends System of Records Notice Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Department of the Army is amending a system of records notice under the Privacy Act of 1974, effective January 20, 1998, unless comments are received. The proposed changes will be published in the Federal Register and are available from the U.S. Total Army Personnel Command.
