US Department of Agriculture to Establish Referendum Procedures for Mushroom Promotion Order

The US Department of Agriculture will use a specific process to determine whether mushroom producers and importers support continuing the Mushroom Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information Order, which requires a simple majority vote representing over 50% of the mushrooms produced and imported.
