BLM Withdraws Proposed Rule on Bodie Bowl Mineral Development

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) withdraws its proposed rule on mineral development in the Bodie Bowl, as the Bodie Protection Act of 1994 has already restricted mining activities and the area's claims have been acquired by the state of California and the Nature Conservancy, rendering regulations unnecessary.
