Office of Personnel Management Requests Reclearance of Survivor Annuity Election Form RI 20-63

The Office of Personnel Management is seeking reclearance of the Survivor Annuity Election for a Spouse form, which is used by the Civil Service Retirement System to provide information and a survivor benefits election opportunity to annuitants who have married, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
