Forest Service Adopts Fee Schedule for Communications Facilities on National Forest System Lands in Southern and Eastern States and Alaska

The Forest Service has finalized a policy and fee schedule for determining annual fees for communications uses on National Forest System lands in Regions 8, 9, and 10, which will be effective immediately, building on the existing fee schedule in Regions 1 to 6 that was published in 1995.
