Nuclear Regulatory Commission Announces Availability of Draft NUREG-1556: Guidance on Materials Licenses

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is releasing a draft report, NUREG-1556, Volume 7, which provides consolidated guidance on materials licenses, and is seeking public comment on the document, which was last updated in May 1998. The report is part of the NRC's efforts to redesign its materials licensing process using Business Process Redesign techniques.
