Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Agreement State Employee Protection Regulations

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is seeking public input on whether Agreement States should adopt the equivalent of NRC's Employee Protection requirements, as outlined in the NRC's Policy Statement on Adequacy and Compatibility of Agreement State Programs.
