Federal Acquisition Regulation; Limitation on Allowability of Compensation for Certain Contractor Personnel

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, limiting the compensation costs for senior contractor executives to the benchmark amount determined by the Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy, as mandated by Section 808 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1998.
