Excess Personal Property Reporting Requirements

This regulation streamlines and simplifies the assignment of the disposal condition codes which Federal agencies use to report their excess personal property for utilization and donation. This amendment will reduce the number of codes from 11 to 5 and more accurately define the condition of the excess personal property.
