Federal Acquisition Regulation; Competition Under Multiple Award Task and Delivery Order Contracts

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to clarify the rules for placing orders under multiple award indefinite delivery contracts, a change that was exempt from review by the Office of Management and Budget under a 1993 executive order.
