Technical Correction to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States

The United States Trade Representative (USTR) is making a technical correction to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) to ensure that certain phenols with a purity of 75 percent or more by weight receive the intended tariff treatment.
