U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Initial Determination in Certain Coated Optical Waveguide Fibers and Products Containing Same Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review the initial determination granting Certain Coated Optical Waveguide Fibers and Products Containing Same more time to amend its complaint and notice of investigation to include an additional respondent in the investigation.
