US Commission Reviews Antidumping Duties on Rayon Staple Fiber from Finland and Sweden

The US Commission has initiated reviews to determine if removing antidumping duties on rayon staple fiber from Finland and/or Sweden would lead to continued material injury, and is seeking input from interested parties by October 21, 1998, with comments due by November 13, 1998.
