FCC Corrects Regulatory Framework for International Telecommunications

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has published a correction to a 1997 Report and Order that established a new regulatory framework for international telecommunications, addressing an error in the final rule and announcing the effective date of new rules that were introduced in the November 25, 1997, order.
