Federal Communications Commission to Hold Hearing on Cease and Desist Order for Unlicensed Radio Station

The FCC will hold a hearing to decide whether to issue a Cease and Desist Order and impose a forfeiture for operating an unlicensed radio station in violation of the Communications Act, as part of docket case CI 98-48.
