FCC Requests Comments on Dynamite Radio's Petition for Channel 265C2 Allotment in Berlin, VT

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition by Dynamite Radio, Inc. to substitute Channel 265C2 for Channel 265A, reassign Channel 265C2 from Middlebury to Berlin, Vermont, and modify the license of Station WGTK to specify Berlin as its community of license. The FCC has already secured Canadian approval for the allotment of Channel 265C2 at Berlin due to its proximity to the U.S.-Canada border.
