This document requests comments on a petition filed by Whitefish Broadcasting Company proposing the allotment of Channel 286A to Whitefish, Montana, as that community's first local FM broadcast service. The channel can be allotted to Whitefish without a site restriction at coordinates 48-24-42 and 114-20-18. Canadian concurrence will be requested for this allotment.
