Open Commission Meeting on October 22, 1998, to Discuss Universal Service and Cable Television Issues

The Federal Communications Commission will hold a meeting to consider issues related to universal service reporting, non-rural carrier costs, and public interest requirements for Direct Broadcast Satellite Systems, as well as Direct Access to the INTELSAT System.
