Radio Broadcasting Services; Des Moines, IA and Bennington, NE - Commission Requests Comments on Petition for Channel Substitution

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comments on a joint petition by Triathlon Broadcasting of Omaha Licensee, Inc. and Saga Communications of Iowa, Inc. to modify the channel assignments for stations KTNP and KIOA-FM in Bennington, NE, and Des Moines, IA, respectively.
