FDA Approves Premarket Approval of NiC1800 Needle Disposal System by NIC Ltd.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the premarket approval application submitted by NIC Ltd. for the NiC1800 Needle Disposal System, a medical device, under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The approval was notified to the applicant by the FDA's Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) on September 26, 1997.
