FDA Publishes Preliminary Regulatory Impact Analysis for Proposed Juice Safety Regulations

The FDA is releasing a preliminary analysis of the costs and benefits of its proposed HACCP and labeling regulations for juice and juice products, aimed at preventing foodborne illnesses and deaths caused by unpasteurized juice products.
