Department of State Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Approval

The Department of State has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, requesting feedback from the public on the proposed information collection within 30 days of publication.
