Privacy Act of 1974; Implementation

In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 552a, the Department of the Treasury issues a final rule to add the exemption claimed for the Pacific Basin Reporting Network--Treasury/Customs .171.
