Department of the Treasury Seeks Comments on Proposed Information Collection Activities

The Department of the Treasury is requesting public comments on proposed and ongoing information collection activities aimed at reducing paperwork burden, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, following a review of the Annual Reporting Requirements and Disclosures under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
