US Customs to Process Refunds for GSP-Eligible Merchandise

The US Customs Service will begin processing refunds for duties paid on eligible products from designated developing countries, effective August 5, 1997, with retroactive effect to June 1, 1997, following the renewal of the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) program.
