Department of the Treasury Requests Comments on Proposed Tax Forms

The Department of the Treasury is seeking public input on proposed tax forms, Forms 9460 and 9477, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
